Ana Pinheiro has familiarity with the synthesis methods, deposition mechanisms and optical, morphological and electrical characterizations allied to the production and application of functionalized coatings and thin films to different types of substrates, both polymeric and glass comprising. Also, she is particularly driven towards the development and implementation of mundane objects, such as windows and personal gadgets, with integrated luminescing and electrochromic properties, for energy saving purposes.
